The Principal of Hawthorn- based architectural practice, StrataPNA, Patrick Ng has been a practicing architect for more than 27 years. His professional experience includes the planning, design and documentation of public, commercial and residential buildings.

Patrick has provided specialist design consultancy services including feasibility reports, project management, business plans, design, documentation and contract administration services to various government departments including the Department of Justice, Victoria Police and the University of Melbourne, among many others.

Through his participation in the state government’s Environmentally Sustainable Design program, Patrick has delivered in excess of a dozen government projects. For the private sector, Patrick Ng provides architectural expertise on commercial and residential projects including single and multi-unit residential, office redevelopments, aged care facilities, restaurants and hospitality developments.

An experienced property developer, Scott is a qualified builder with over 20 years’ experience in the residential sector. His knowledge spans all facets of residential development from luxury homes to boutique multi-dwelling sites and large scale high-end apartment living. With proven project management skills, strong commercial acumen, Scott’s ability to identify new market opportunities will help drive the growth of MeMo Projects.
